To provide professional vocational training, employment and life-skill services for people who have severe disabilities, or other barriers to employment and to assist such people to attain the fullest possible development and quality of life.

To support sexual assault programs and agencies which provide sexual assault intervention/treatment and/or prevention services by: encouraging the healing of sexual assault victims and survivors and the improvement of services to all victims and potential victims of sexual assault; establishing an accessible forum for sexual assault programs to exchange information, training and expertise; addressing needed public policy changes in the direction of improved funding and institutional responses to sexual assault victims;advocating for sufficient resources to effectively provide sexual assault treatment services; and working in concert with hawaii's sexual assault programs and agencies which provide sexual assault victim services.
