Mission

Territorial Empathy is a nonprofit design collective established in 2018 by Zarith Pineda. The organization focuses on mitigating urban conflict through interventions grounded in equity and empathy. It aims to address the lack of representation in the design field, especially among women of color, and works towards creating a more just built environment by actively engaging with overlooked communities to co-create resilient spaces.
