Cuisine on the Green is a culinary arts training center located at the Atlantis Golf Course in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. It combines student training with a vibrant dining experience, allowing culinary students from Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS) to develop their skills by working in a real restaurant environment.
